Front Office Agent – Role Overview

As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience while delivering exceptional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
Respond to guest queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Maintain front desk standards in line with company procedures

Requirements

Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays<
