Infinite Fusion Technologies Ltd is expanding its Operations team and is looking for two reliable and hands-on Logistics, Fleet and Stores Coordinators.

This is a practical, active role combining driving, material coordination, fleet support, stores management and tools control.

The two coordinators will work together as colleagues, sharing responsibilities and balancing the daily workload according to operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Driving and Material Coordination
- Collect and deliver materials, equipment and tools to/from suppliers, project sites, offices and company locations.
- Coordinate daily material requirements with project teams and site personnel.
- Ensure materials required by technicians and workers reach the correct location on time.
- Collect urgent or unplanned material requirements when necessary.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Keep records of collections and deliveries.
Tools and Equipment Management
- Maintain an organised inventory of company tools and equipment.
- Issue tools to employees and record who is responsible for them.
- Manage the return and inspection of tools.
- Identify damaged, missing or unreturned equipment.
- Organise tools that are not required for daily use within the company store.
- Ensure tools are stored safely and correctly.
- Assist in coordinating repairs, servicing and replacement of tools when required.
Stores Management
- Maintain a clean, organised and controlled company store.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities.
- Record stock received and issued.
- Organise materials by category/project.
- Monitor minimum stock levels for commonly used materials.
- Carry out regular stock and inventory checks.
- Ensure materials and equipment can be located quickly when required.
Fleet Management Support
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of the Infinite Fusion company vehicle fleet.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance and inspections.
- Coordinate vehicles with garages, mechanics and service providers.
- Monitor vehicle condition and report damage or problems.
- Assist with vehicle allocation and availability.
- Maintain records relating to servicing, repairs and vehicle-related requirements.
- Help ensure company vehicles are kept operational, clean and properly maintained.

How the Team Will Work

Infinite Fusion will employ two coordinators in this function.
Both employees will hold the same position and work as colleagues rather than one reporting to the other.
The objective is to divide and balance the workload between:
- Supplier collections and deliveries
- Project / site requirements
- Fleet-related tasks
- Stores
- Tools and equipment
- Urgent operational requirements
Good communication between the two coordinators and the wider Operations team will therefore be essential.

Able to communicate effectively with suppliers, technicians, project managers and management
Capable of working independently without requiring constant supervision
Careful with company vehicles, tools, equipment and materials
Willing to assist wherever required in a fast-moving operational environment

Requirements

Valid driving licence
Valid Category C driving licence for trucks — will be given extra points
Good driving record
Previous experience in logistics, stores, fleet, construction, technical services or a similar operational environment is considered an asset
Basic computer / mobile application skills
Good communication skills
Ability to handle and move tools, equipment and materials
Good knowledge of Malta's roads and industrial areas is considered an advantage
