Logistics Support

Assisting in receiving, storing, holding inventory, and moving of raw material, stock, and the finished product. She/he will collaborate with various departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and focus on minimising waste of these materials.

Key Responsibilities

Follow 5S principles in stock and Inventory management.

Organise stock in a manner which facilitates production/warehousing efficiency.

Prepare work orders and delivery notes and process in NAV system.

Adhere to the company’s waste management system.

Oversee outgoing shipments.

Assist in processing incoming shipments.

Input data of incoming/outgoing stock.

Collect and electronically save purchase invoices.

Coordinate preparation and loading of stock for delivery.

Receive and check orders and loading goods.

Perform data entry.

Perform inventory controls.

Maintain customer’s trust relationship by keeping service information confidential.

Cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.

Follow all company’s procedures and protocols.

Follow the company’s safety, environmental and quality guidelines.

Requirements

Good command of both English and Maltese.

Proficiency in NAV or an ERP would be considered an asset.

Excellent communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years warehouse or storekeeping experience

Experience in inventory control and production planning for lean manufacturing.
