We work on enterprise, government, and large-scale infrastructure projects, offering exposure to real-world, high-impact systems. ________________________________________ Role Overview We are looking for a Junior ICT Engineer operating at Level 2 or Junior Level 3 to join our technical team. The ideal candidate has a solid technical foundation, hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure, and is ready to grow into more complex systems and project work under senior engineers. This role is not entry-level. Candidates must already be comfortable working independently on Level 2 tasks and assisting with Level 3 activities. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support for clients (remote and on-site)
Assist senior engineers with Level 3 troubleshooting and deployments
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of: o Network equipment (switches, firewalls, access points) o Servers (physical and virtual) o End-user systems and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve network, system, and application issues
Assist in ICT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
Maintain clear documentation, diagrams, and service reports
Follow internal procedures, security standards, and best practices
Escalate complex issues appropriately while contributing to resolution ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years experience in an ICT support or engineering role
Strong understanding of: o Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching) o Windows Server & Active Directoryo Microsoft 365 / cloud-based services
Experience with firewalls and network security concepts
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V preferred)
Ability to work independently and within a technical team
Good communication skills in English

Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, HPE Aruba, or similar vendors
Exposure to: o Vo
