Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team.

What you'll be doing

Support the management and maintenance of the Bank’s IT infrastructure (hardware, software, cloud, virtual environments, backups, and end-user devices).
Ensure high system availability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Perform installations, upgrades, configurations, and maintenance of IT systems.
Provide 2nd-line support and assist with 1st-line incident resolution.
Coordinate with third-party service providers on escalated issues.
Contribute to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
Maintain accurate IT documentation and follow best practices.

Requirements

At least 3 years of working experience in IT infrastructure or administration
A strong understanding of Networks and Firewalls (ideally Cisco)
Strong understanding of Windows Servers & Active Directory
Experience with Cloud services, ideally Azure
An understanding of SQL Data bases, ideally Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge of VM Ware and experience with Veeam is highly desirable
