Ifoods Trading Ltd is hiring a Business Support and Document Control Assistant to keep our orders, customer requests and paperwork moving.

The Role

You will process internal orders, answer product information requests, support invoicing and control returns, claims and filing.

What You Will Do

Process restaurant and foodservice orders through Marketman and enter them manually where needed.
Respond to product image, specification and listing requests from supermarket customers.
Support the printing of invoices and delivery notes, and chase signed proof of delivery.
Log and inspect customer returns and prepare credit notes and supplier claims.
Order stationery and office supplies and keep operational filing audit-ready.

What We Are Looking For

Administrative or business support experience.
Strong Excel skills and confident use of ERP system.
Organised, methodical and good at following things up.
