We are currently recruiting a Concierge to support the daily operation of ORA Residences and provide a high standard of customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Residential Services role is considered an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach
Ability to manage resident requests efficiently and discreetly
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in handling enquiries, deliveries, visitor access, and general administrative tasks
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
