Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a friendly, professional and customer-oriented Food & Beverage Server to join our team, ensuring an excellent dining experience for hotel guests through attentive and efficient service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities: -Welcome guests and assist them throughout their dining experience. -Take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly. -Set up, clear and maintain tables according to hotel standards. -Ensure cleanliness and organisation of restaurant and bar areas. -Provide menu recommendations and respond to guest enquiries. -Ensure orders are accurate and service runs smoothly. -Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner. -Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards. -Work closely with kitchen and F&B colleagues to ensure efficient service. -Assist with restaurant, buffet and event setups when required.
