Main Duties

Answer customer policy queries promptly and organize and monitor daily tasks
Maintain team harmony, fairness, and communication
Build client relationships via regular meetings
Manage timely renewals and address client issues
Recommend optimal coverage terms and pricing
Coordinate with local and overseas providers
Escalate and resolve complaints with Compliance
Participate in committees and work groups
Track team debtors and collect payments
Attend regular training sessions organised by the company
Keep Manager informed of developments and conflicts
Maintain current documentation for compliance reviews

What skills do you need?

Strong Commercial Insurance experience
At least 1 year experience in Insurance is preferred
A qualification in Insurance would be considered an asset
Meet annual IDD compliance criteria
Hit individual objectives and team KPIs
Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
