Senior Executive (Insurance)

Our client is looking to onboard a Senior Executive to manage and coordinate life business reporting, commercial activities, channel support and strategic initiatives, ensuring effective sales execution, clear performance visibility and alignment with key business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own regular business analysis and reporting on life business performance, including sales results, trends, campaign performance and incentive monitoring
• Support the delivery of life commercial initiatives, including policy discounts, sales tools and communications to the distribution network
• Coordinate with commercial and support teams to maintain accurate information, effective communication platforms and tools that enable front-line execution
• Analyse business performance to identify trends, issues and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support management decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams to support & ensure the timely implementation and follow-up of strategic initiatives and agreed business actions

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Insurance, Economics or a related field
• Experience in business reporting, analysis, commercial support or life insurance operations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good commercial understanding of life insurance products, sales and retention activities
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal in English and Maltese
