Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for experienced, customer-oriented and motivated candidates with a background in food and beverage service.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Present menus, explain food and beverage options and take customer orders.

Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organised and properly arranged.

Handle customer requests and provide assistance throughout their dining experience.

Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Follow food hygiene, health and safety standards.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of previous work experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality position.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of spoken English.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Professional appearance, positive attitude and teamwork skills.
