Job Description: Marketing Manager

On behalf of our client specialised in aviation industry, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute a premium marketing strategy focused on brand positioning, content, and high-end client acquisition. Based in Malta, you will play a key role in elevating the brand image, driving qualified leads, and supporting business growth in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement marketing strategy and brand positioning
Manage website and SEO, including content optimization and performance tracking
Lead content creation (social media, video, photography, storytelling) and corporate communications
Develop marketing campaigns and acquisition channels to generate and convert leads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business objectives

Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communication, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, aviation, or premium services
Strong skills in WordPress, SEO, digital acquisition, and content production
Excellent written English; French is a plus
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both strategically and hands-on
Willingness to travel for content production and business needs

Salary

EUR 50,000–55,000 gross per year, depending on experience
