Key Responsibilities

Input and process supplier invoices and stock received into the company system
Check invoices against goods received and identify any discrepancies
Process and keep track of supplier credit notes and outstanding adjustments
Follow up on pending credit notes and discrepancies as required
Maintain and update product costs, selling prices and other pricing information
Process stock movements and adjustments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock and product records
Assist with stock reconciliations and stock takes
Organise and maintain invoices, credit notes and related documentation
Support the Managing Pharmacist with general back-office administration relating to stock and purchasing documentation

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer and data-entry skills
Comfortable working with numbers, invoices and pricing
Good organisational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
Previous experience in administration, accounts, invoicing, stock control or a similar role would be considered an asset
Experience using accounting, stock-management or ERP software would be considered an advantage
