Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide excellent customer service, promote products and support the daily operations of the shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their purchases.
• Promote products and support sales targets.
• Maintain an organised and attractive store layout.
• Replenish stock and assist with cleaning duties.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Assist with duties inside and outside the shop when required.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends and Sundays.
