Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant to assist our customers in a retail environment by providing product information, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

-Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner. -Help customers with product selection, offering recommendations based on their needs and preferences. -Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, as well as ensuring products are well-displayed. -Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. -Handle customer complaints, concerns, and returns with professionalism and care. -Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking, checking stock levels, as well as checking and pricing of orders. -Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current promotions and new stock. -Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. -Assist with opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed. -Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures at all times.
