We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Clerk to join our team.

The successful candidate will support our team of lawyers in the day-to-day management of administrative and legal processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the legal team.
Prepare and issue invoices.
Carry out basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Organise, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems.
Visit the Court Registry to obtain documents, file paperwork, and collect information when required.
Assist with the preparation and organisation of legal documentation.
Handle general office administration and correspondence.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal environment.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Professional, reliable, and discreet when handling confidential information.
Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Maltese is preferred.

Employment Details

Position: Full-time

Salary: €1,800 gross per month
