Guest Relations Agent

Job SummaryAX ODYCY is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join its Guest Experience team. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming environment and ensuring a positive and memorable stay.Responsibilities:Welcome guests and maintain regular contact throughout their stay.Attend to guest requests, enquiries, and special requirements.Provide information about hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to feedback or concerns.Assist with travel arrangements, messages, and other guest services.Promote hotel outlets, activities, and available offers.Maintain accurate guest records, logbooks, and shift handovers.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.Follow company standards relating to service, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.

Requirements:Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or a similar customer-facing role.Fluency in English.Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German is required.Friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach.Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and effectively.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
