Job summary

The Cash and Clearing Operations Officer is to be responsible for the day-to-day duties related to the Clearing Services and to perform a variety of back office banking related administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner and according to the established policies and procedure.

Main Responsibilities

Processing of customers deposits.
Processing of incoming and outgoing clearing.
Carry out reconciliations.
Contributing to the up keeping of Unit’s Procedure Manual.

Requirements

Be fluent in Maltese and English language.
The ability to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be customer oriented.
Be able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment.
Have an interest in Banking.
Previous experience of working in the financial services sector would be considered an asset.
