Waiter / Waitress delivers an outstanding dining experience by welcoming guests, taking orders accurately

Guest Engagement & Service: Greet guests upon arrival, present menus, answer questions about dishes or specials, and provide thoughtful recommendations. Order Taking & POS Management: Accurately record food and drink orders using the POS system and communicate dietary requirements or modifications clearly to the kitchen team. Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensure correct order presentation, check back on guests during meals, and handle refills or additional requests. Table Maintenance: Clear dirty plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly between courses and reset tables efficiently for incoming guests. Billing & Payments: Present accurate bills, process cash, card, or contactless payments, and handle transactions responsibly. Side Work & Cleanliness: Complete pre-shift opening duties, running side-work (stocking cutlery, napkins, condiments), and post-shift closing tasks while adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
