Cleaning Supervisor

The Cleaning Supervisor leads, coordinates, and oversees daily cleaning operations across commercial, corporate, residential, or hospitality sites

Operational Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee daily activities of cleaners, site attendants, and housekeepers; conduct regular site inspections to ensure all areas meet company and client hygiene standards. Staff Management & Scheduling: Create work rosters, assign cleaning zones, manage shift coverage, and record daily attendance; onboard, train, and mentor new cleaning staff on proper techniques and equipment usage. Chemical & Equipment Safety: Ensure team members follow COSHH / SDS chemical handling procedures, utilize proper dilution ratios, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and operate heavy machinery (e.g., auto-scrubbers, polishers) safely. Inventory & Supply Management: Track consumption of cleaning materials, chemicals, paper products, and PPE; perform regular stock counts and order replacements to prevent supply shortages. Client & Incident Reporting: Serve as the primary on-site contact for client requests or complaints; address feedback promptly and maintain daily logs of completed tasks, inspections, and equipment maintenance needs. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols, ensure hazard warning signs are placed correctly during operations, and report any structural or safety hazards to upper management.
