Part-Time Office & Cleaning Team Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, organized and hands-on individual to join our team on a part-time basis.

Main Duties

- Carrying out light administrative and office duties.

- Supervising and coordinating the cleaning team to ensure that daily tasks run smoothly.

- Providing the cleaning team with the necessary supplies and support, including handling laundry when required.

- Assisting with general day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements

- Well-organised, responsible and able to work independently.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work weekends when required (not necessarily every weekend).

- A flexible and practical approach to work.

- A clean, valid driving licence will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position with working hours generally falling in the mornings and early afternoons. Please note that part-time work does not mean afternoon-only work. Some weekend availability is required, depending on operational needs.

If you are dependable, proactive and enjoy a varied role involving both office duties and team coordination, we would love to hear from you!
