Role Overview:

We are looking for a native French-speaking CRM Executive to manage Sportsbook CRM activities for the French market. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising CRM campaigns across multiple channels to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and customer value.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and execute CRM campaigns for the French Sportsbook.
Develop customer lifecycle strategies focused on acquisition, retention and reactivation.
Analyse campaign performance and optimise campaigns using KPIs and customer insights.
Create engaging CRM content around major sporting events.
Monitor competitor activity and propose new ideas and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Product, Trading, BI, Acquisition and Design teams.
Continuously improve customer segmentation and overall customer experience.

Person Specifications:

Native French speaker with excellent written and spoken French, and good written and spoken English.
Passionate and highly knowledgeable about sport, particularly football.
Previous experience in CRM, preferably within the sportsbook or online gaming industry.
Strategic thinker with a creative and innovative mindset.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Commercially aware and customer focused.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Optimove, Xtremepush or similar) is an advantage.
