Main Duties

Own day-to-day management and overall branch performance
Advise customers on insurance products tailored to their needs
Identify new opportunities, promote products, and cross-sell to drive growth
Build client loyalty and actively develop new business
Process quotes, policies, renewals, and assist with claims
Maintain regulatory standards, quality control, and internal procedures
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to sales forecasting and planning

What skills do you need?

Holds a recognized insurance qualification
Brings at least 5 years of insurance industry experience
Demonstrates high accountability, initiative, and responsibility
Takes a commercial, proactive approach to sales and growth
Possesses strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Manages competing priorities with strong organizational skills
Communicates confidently and professionally with diverse clients
Maintains fluent communication skills in both Maltese and English

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
