BRANCH MANAGER | SAN ĠWANN

YOUR NAME. YOUR TEAM. YOUR REPUTATION.

Want to be known as the person who gets things done?

The one who builds a team people want to join, creates opportunities and earns a reputation for delivering results?

Simon Mamo Real Estate is looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to take charge of our San Ġwann office.

With a fantastic, spacious office, an established brand behind you and plenty of room to grow, this is your opportunity to build something with your name on it.

Not just a team. A reputation.

MAKE YOUR MARK.

Recruit, build and lead your own successful team
Drive sales and rentals with confidence and ambition
Establish a strong presence in San Ġwann and surrounding areas
Develop agents into confident, successful realtors
Build lasting relationships with property owners and clients
Create a team culture where people deliver, not just promise
Take ownership of your branch and its success

WE'VE GOT THE SPACE. THE SUPPORT. THE OPPORTUNITY.

A fantastic, large office with room for your team to grow
An established Malta real estate brand
Direct support from our hands-on CEO
A large property database and marketing support
Training, technology and the tools to succeed
Attractive earning potential
The freedom to lead, grow and build something of your own

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for a leader, not someone who simply manages an office.

Someone who takes initiative, inspires confidence, holds people accountable and knows how to turn ambition into action.

You understand that a great reputation is earned through hard work, consistency and results.

Experience in real estate, sales, business development or leadership is required.

EU work eligibility required.

LET'S MAKE YOUR NAME KNOWN.

The office is ready. The opportunity is waiting.

Now it's time to build the team everyone talks about for the right reasons.

Are you ready to make your mark?

Apply today and let's get to work.
