Main Duties

Manage full-cycle recruitment, screening, interviewing, and recruitment reporting
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and work permit/visa processing for new hires
Oversee daily HR administration, contracts, terminations, and leave tracking
Ensure strict compliance with labor law, company policies, and collective agreements
Serve as primary HR point of contact for Engineering employee queries and welfare
Execute training needs analyses and coordinate employee learning and development
Support performance appraisals, disciplinary processes, and team engagement initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records in Maximo/Spectrum and generate workforce reports

What skills do you need?

Minimum of two years' working experience in an HR role
Ideally holds an A level standard of education
Knowledge of Employment law will be considered an asset
Able to conduct interviews in a professional manner
Knowledge and use of HRIS
Strong written/verbal skills in English and Spanish. Maltese would be an asset
Builds key relationships using self-confidence, astuteness, sociability, and strong persuasiveness
Combines sharp analytical skills and decisive action with clear written and oral communication

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
