We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing technology company building infrastructure and developer tools for the AI ecosystem.

The business develops products that help software teams and AI applications access, process and structure web-based information more efficiently. Its technology is used by developers and AI-focused companies building applications, agents and data-driven products.

The company is operating at an early growth stage with strong commercial traction, a highly technical user base and a product-led growth model. The team is intentionally lean, fast-moving and highly ownership-driven.

The Role

We are looking for a Growth Engineer who combines strong full-stack engineering capability with a genuine understanding of product-led growth.

You will own critical parts of the user journey, including signup, onboarding, activation and conversion, and will be expected to understand how product changes affect measurable commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Own key product growth journeys from initial signup through activation and conversion.
Build and improve full-stack product experiences across frontend and backend systems.
Design and run experiments to identify opportunities for improved user adoption and conversion.
Instrument product journeys and analyze funnel behavior using product analytics and SQL.
Develop hypotheses, launch A/B tests and evaluate the results.
Iterate quickly on successful ideas and remove or rethink experiments that do not deliver.
Build onboarding, upgrade and in-product guidance experiences.
Work directly with leadership to influence growth priorities and product direction.
Use AI-enabled engineering tools as part of your day-to-day development workflow.
Contribute to internal tools and systems that help product and growth teams move faster.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of professional engineering experience.
Strong full-stack background with hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development.
Commercial experience with: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js
Experience running growth experiments or A/B tests.
Demonstrable experience improving a measurable product metric such as activation, conversion, retention or upgrade rate.
Experience analyzing funnels using event tracking, SQL, or product analytics platforms.
Previous exposure to product-led growth environments.
Strong product judgment and the ability to work without highly detailed specifications.
Comfortable operating as a senior IC in an early-stage or rapidly scaling business.
Regular use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code or similar.
Experience building developer-facing products, APIs, SDKs, playgrounds or technical onboarding flows.
Experience within SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure or AI products.
Exposure to LLM APIs or production AI workflows.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Python, Tailwind CSS or Vercel.
Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or PostHog.
