We are representing a leading B2B iGaming software provider specialising in an advanced sportsbook betting platform. They are looking for an experienced Head of Sales/CCO with strong B2B iGaming expertise, specifically in the sportsbook vertical.

Key responsibilities

Drive business development and sales growth across European and international markets.
Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business models and advise them on how to navigate the company’s processes and solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, representing their needs internally and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for client expansion, retention, upselling and cross-selling.
Oversee service delivery across internal teams, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual commitments.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and communicate their value effectively.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing internally and with clients.

Requirements

Proven B2B iGaming experience, with a strong background in sportsbook products or platforms.
A successful track record in sales, business development, commercial leadership or strategic account management.
Established knowledge of the European iGaming market and relevant industry contacts.
Strong commercial, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluent English.
Willingness to travel regularly based on client and business needs.
