Our client is a provider of bespoke payment processing solutions for online businesses with a focus on the iGaming and betting industries.

We’re looking for a Head of Sales with proven experience in building relationships with leading Gateways/providers and excellent knowledge of iGaming/iBetting.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, and knowledge of the global payment solutions market.

The right person for the role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Exhibit a thorough understanding of the payment products and services with the ability to communicate them to prospective merchants in the local market.
Establishing relationships with leading platform providers in the market and having a mutually beneficial referral agreement.
Collaborate with individuals and teams across the company to ensure optimal operation is in place to meet business demands
Work with product owners to develop the right product for your markets

Qualifications

At least four years of sales experience within FinTech, preferably with a PSP or payment gateway

Previous experience working with high-risk industries

2+ years of leadership experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Willingness and ability to relocate to Bulgaria
