Client Relationship Manager

In this role you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for added value. The candidate will serve as a link between clients and internal teams.

Understand client needs and coordinate internal resources to deliver appropriate solutions; Track client satisfaction and address concerns proactively; Maintain up to date knowledge of company services; Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover from sales teams; Maintain the client management database in order; Develop and nurture strong long term relationships.
