BBOX AI is a Malta-based business messaging company helping businesses communicate with customers worldwide. We provide SMS, WhatsApp, Viber and RCS solutions for authentication, transactional notifications, customer engagement and promotional campaigns. Our focus is reliable delivery, flexible routing and responsive support.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help us find new B2B clients and start meaningful conversations with them.

What you’ll do

Research companies that could benefit from BBOX AI’s messaging solutions and identify the right people to contact.
Find and verify contact information using LinkedIn and other sources.
Reach out through email, LinkedIn and cold calls and follow up consistently.
Hold initial conversations to understand a prospect’s needs, current messaging setup and potential fit.
Arrange qualified meetings with the founder and provide a clear briefing before each meeting.
Keep company records, contacts and outreach activity accurate in our CRM.
Work with the founder to improve targeting, messaging and the qualification process.

The founder will lead detailed discovery, solution discussions and commercial negotiations. You’ll own the process from prospect research through initial qualification and meeting handover.

What we’re looking for

Upper-intermediate English or higher, both written and spoken.
Strong research skills, attention to detail and clear communication.
Confidence starting conversations with new people, including by phone.
An organised approach to follow-ups and CRM work.
The ability to work independently and recognise when a prospect is a good fit.

We welcome applications from motivated candidates at the start of their sales careers. Experience in B2B sales or telecoms is an advantage, as is knowledge of additional languages.
