Our client, an established Law firm, is looking for an Corporate Services Administrator to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to get a foothold in this growing industry and develop your career further.

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of clients and handling all requested related to their companies and day to day management.
Assisting with MBR filings and company incorporations.
Onboarding of clients and maintaining of due diligence files.
Regulatory filings.
Maintaining company registers and statutory files.
Closely communicating with MBR and authorities
Attending, taking minutes and preparing for board meetings and client meetings

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Administration, in a similar industry such as Legal or CSPs
Knowledge of Corporate industry regulations and standards;
Proficient in MS office applications;
Excellent communications skills in both English and Maltese;
Pro-active and organized with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Knowledge of residency programs in Malta and application process will be considered as an asset.
Knowledge of payroll administration and social security documentation will be considered an as an asset.
