Fully Remote | Flexible Working Hours | Uncapped Commission

Right Fit is a growing recruitment and HR consultancy based in Malta with a fresh, people-first approach to recruitment. We believe successful recruitment is about more than simply filling vacancies - it's about creating lasting relationships and connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join us on our journey.

Please note: This is a competitive commission-only position. We're completely transparent about this because we're looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to control their own earnings, work flexibly, and build a successful recruitment desk with the support of a growing business.

If you're entrepreneurial, self-driven, and motivated by results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing your own client portfolio while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with new and existing clients.
Identifying new business opportunities and growing your client base.
Understanding clients' hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions.
Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates.
Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Negotiating offers and supporting both clients and candidates through to successful placement.
Providing an outstanding recruitment experience that reflects the Right Fit values.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Confident building relationships with clients and candidates.
An excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.
Organised and able to manage their own workload.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Passionate about helping people find meaningful career opportunities.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
Sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management.
Working towards targets and achieving results.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from high-performing sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment. We also welcome applications from individuals who have a background in Psychology or Social Wellbeing/Human Sciences.

Why Join Right Fit?

This isn't just another recruitment role.

It's an opportunity to become part of a growing business where your contribution genuinely matters.

Work From AnywhereThis is a fully remote role, giving you the freedom to work from wherever you're most productive.

Flexible Working Hours

There are no fixed office hours. Whether you're an early riser, prefer evenings, or want to work around family or other commitments, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering results.

Unlimited Earning Potential

Your commission is uncapped, meaning there is no ceiling on what you can earn. The more relationships you build and the more successful placements you make, the greater your income.

Grow With the Business

Right Fit is an ambitious and growing company. Joining us now gives you the opportunity to grow alongside the business, contribute your ideas, and play a key role in shaping our future.

Supportive Environment

Although you'll work independently, you won't be on your own. We'll provide support, guidance, recruitment systems, marketing assistance, and collaboration to help you build your success.

Entrepreneurial Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, building lasting client relationships, and creating their own success rather than being restricted by a traditional salaried role.

Is This Opportunity Right for You?

This role isn't suitable for everyone. If you're looking for a guaranteed monthly salary or a traditional office-based role, this position is unlikely to be the right fit. However, if you're ambitious, resilient, commercially minded, and excited by the opportunity to build your own success with unlimited earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
