A well-established and expanding Sports Bar business in Malta is seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and manage two busy outlets.

General Manager – Sports Bar & Restaurant Group This is a senior management position for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, operational, and business management skills within the catering and hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of two Sports Bar outlets Supervise and lead restaurant and bar teams , Co-ordinate with Both Kitchens.
Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Manage stock control, suppliers, budgeting, and cost control.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Coordinate events, promotions, and business development activities.
Ensure smooth operation of kitchen and front-of-house services.

Requirements

Academic degree in Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration( BBA), or a related field.Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a catering or hospitality establishment.
Proven experience in a senior management role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
Good knowledge of Mediterranean, Continental, Indian, and Arabian Cuisine Knowledge and understanding of ethnic food operations and multicultural hospitality environments.
Ability to manage multiple outlets and work under pressure Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
