This Business Analyst position is ideal for someone looking to combine strong analytical and communication skills with an interest in technology and financial services. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, giving you the opportunity to translate ideas into practical solutions while building your experience across the full product lifecycle.

You will:

Define product objectives, gather requirements and translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications and process documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to refine requirements, challenge assumptions, identify dependencies and support effective solution design.
Develop UAT test cases, support testing and contribute to continuous improvement across products, processes and methodologies.

Skills / Experience:

1–2+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally within FinTech, Financial Services, payments, card-based systems or digital payment technologies.
Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, system integrations, information systems and data flows, with experience producing high-quality user stories and functional documentation.
Excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, analytical approach. Experience with Jira and Confluence is highly advantageous.

Salary / Remuneration: €32,000 – €35,000 Plus attractive benefits.
