The hotel features comfortable rooms and suites, some with sea or countryside views, combining modern elegance with a relaxed atmosphere.

The Mixologist is responsible for developing creative, seasonal cocktail offerings and preparing and serving beverages to hotel guests with professionalism, consistency and flair. The role supports the hotel’s Food & Beverage operation by contributing to menu development, training team members, managing beverage quality and costs, and maintaining excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness, guest service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender within a quality hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar.
Demonstrated experience in developing seasonal cocktail menus, from initial concept and recipe creation to testing, presentation and launch.
Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, cocktail techniques, flavour pairing and current beverage trends.
Commercial awareness, including cocktail costing, pricing, portion control, stock management and reducing waste.
Ability to create a distinctive winter cocktail menu aligned with the hotel’s identity, guest profile and seasonal offering.
Excellent presentation and garnishing skills, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to train and support team members on recipes, preparation techniques, service standards and bar procedures.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to engage guests and recommend drinks.
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Proficiency in English; additional languages would be considered an asset.
Formal training or certification in mixology, bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
