Prepare beverages and cocktails to our clients is the main duty for this job.

Prepare hot & cold beverages and cocktails. Clean & polish glasses. Stock fridges and ensure stock rotation. Greet customers and serve them to a table.

Mix cocktails on customer's demand
Analyse consumer habits, stock rotation, sales. Draw up commercial action plan (displayed products, place, duration...)
Keep workplace clean, keep material orderly, clean and desinfected. Remove and destroy any waste material
Organise department: beverages
Clean glasses and cutlery (with steam, vinegar...) Put away tableware
Clean tables/bar/counter. Clean and maintain bar and serving room utensils
Wash/rinse glasses
Decorate rooms and bar - put them in order
Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
Receive payment for refreshments
Manage organisation's accounts and administration
Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
Monitor personnel activities
Create cocktail recipes with or without alcohol
Receive customer and take orders for drinks
Receive goods/products and store (beer barrels, bottle racks)
