Greens is transforming the way food retail works in Malta. We are building a modern, data-driven Commercial function and are looking for an experienced Space, Range & Merchandising Manager to lead the development of our space planning, assortment optimisation and merchandising capability across the business.

The Role

As the Space, Range and Merchandising Manager you'll ensure every metre of selling space earns its place and pays its rent.

Working closely with the Chief Retail & Strategy Officer and Head of Commercial Growth, you'll use data, customer insight and category strategies to deliver world-class merchandising standards across our stores.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and manage planograms using space planning software.

· Optimise store layouts and space allocation to maximise sales and profitability.

· Deliver range reviews and space productivity analysis.

· Ensure consistent merchandising standards across all stores.

· Lead store merchandising projects, refits and new store layouts.

· Work closely with Category Managers to bring category strategies to life.

· Measure compliance and continuously improve in-store execution.

· Use sales, margin and customer data to drive merchandising decisions.

· Identify opportunities to improve customer flow and shopping experience.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with:

· Experience in retail merchandising, category management or space planning.

· Strong analytical and commercial skills.

· Experience using planogram software (Nielsen Spaceman or similar preferred).

· Excellent project management and organisational ability.

· A passion for creating outstanding retail environments.

. A valid Maltese work permit and current authorisation to work in Malta.
