We are seeking a Logistics Operations Clerk to join our dynamic Logistics Centre.

The role supports the accurate and timely distribution of products to outlets in a varied and fast-paced environment, with part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties related to incoming goods, order preparation, and distribution.
Coordinate with colleagues to support smooth daily logistics operations.
Allocate prepared orders correctly to loading bays.
Move pallets using appropriate goods-handling equipment following training.
Carry out quality and quantity checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organised, and safe Logistics Centre.
Support warehouse inventory and stock control activities.
Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and high standards in daily operations.

Requirements

Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Willingness to learn and work both independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluent English is required.
Knowledge of Maltese and/or Italian is considered an asset.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to operate electric goods-handling equipment following appropriate training.
