About the Role

We are seeking an organized, highly motivated, and proactive B2B Sales Representative to drive our business-to-business growth. In this role, you will focus on supporting, managing, and collaborating with travel agency providers and educational partners.

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, a strategic problem-solving mindset, and a deep understanding of the educational travel or international education industry. Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales Execution: Drive revenue growth by actively identifying, prospecting, and closing service agreements with business clients and institutional partners.
Account & Relationship Management: Communicate effectively with B2B partners to establish new collaborations and nurture existing commercial relationships.
Market Insight: Conduct regular focus groups and gather strategic feedback from business partners to optimize our B2B offerings.
Marketing Support: Assist in designing and executing targeted B2B marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
Administration & CRM: Handle corporate administrative tasks (e.g., managing partner email correspondence, securing missing documentation from agency partners) and meticulously maintain internal databases.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language Skills:
English: High proficiency / Fluency is strictly required (both written and spoken).
Additional languages are a strong plus (Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, French).
Industry Experience: Proven experience in sales, or a solid understanding of the education/language travel industry (Highly preferred).
Tools & Technology: Proficient with HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets), and Microsoft Office. A keen interest in leveraging tech tools for workflow optimization is a major plus.
