About the Role

Casino Malta is looking for a detail-oriented full-time HR Administrator to support HR operations across various departments. This role involves recruitment, employee support, compliance and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for assigned departments.
Conduct exit meetings and ensure completion of resignation documentation.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.
Handle work permit applications and renewals in compliance with regulations.
Manage Jobsplus engagements and terminations accurately and on time.
Assist in disciplinary meetings and prepare related documentation.
Organise employee meetings and support managers during discussions.
Oversee uniform and locker key distribution and maintain accurate records.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Support HR Manager and management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Assist in organising staff activities and engagement initiatives.
Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in HR administration or similar role.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Maltese employment law and work permit processes is an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English.
