What is expected of you?

Provide strategic direction and leadership for all spa operations across the Group
Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies, promotions, packages, and service development
Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with the Group's brand standards
Lead, mentor, and develop Spa Managers and their teams, fostering a positive and high-performance culture
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cost control across all spa operations
Monitor and analyse financial results, operational KPIs, guest feedback, and market trends
Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, service quality, and the overall guest journey
Develop and implement standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency across all spa locations
Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, seasonal offers, packages, and promotional initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements
Stay informed about industry trends, wellness innovations, and competitor activity
Introduce new treatments, products, and wellness concepts that support the Group's commercial objectives

What are you expected to bring?

At least five years of experience in spa management
A minimum of two years in a senior leadership or multi-site spa management position
Previous experience as a Head of Spa, Spa Director, Senior Spa Manager, or in a comparable role
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to increase revenue and profitability
In-depth knowledge of spa, wellness, beauty, and guest-service operations
Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and cost-control capabilities
Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and motivating teams across multiple locations
A strategic and solutions-oriented approach to operational challenges
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset
The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment
A genuine passion for wellness and delivering outstanding guest experiences
