Waiter/Waitress are responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining dining areas, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service in restaurants, hotels, bars, and other hospitality establishments. Duties include welcoming customers, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus and explain food and beverage options. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure tables are properly arranged, clean, and ready for customers. Check customer satisfaction and respond politely to requests or complaints. Clear tables and prepare them for the next customers. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas and service stations. Handle customer bills and payments when required. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations. Perform opening, closing, and other general restaurant duties as instructed by management.
