What You'll Do

Support with the management of a Portfolio of clients, including set-up, coordination of clients and issuance of bills;
Handling of monthly payroll including coordination of payments to employees;
Handling and coordination of payroll related payments to third parties;
Handling of engagement processes in relation to new employees and terminations of employment with the payroll process;
Preparing forms and documents for clients;
Registration of new companies with the IRD and Jobsplus;
Registration of new employees with the IRD and Jobsplus;
Termination of employees with Jobsplus and IRD;
Assisting clients with any payroll related issues;
Internal coordination to assess clients' needs;
Any other related matters.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience
Knowledge of Shireburn Indigo as a payroll platform
Courses in payroll considered an asset
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
Have an eye for detail and organisational skills
