The selected candidate will lead and manage audit engagements, oversee audit teams, ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, assess financial risks, and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the audit team to ensure the successful delivery of audit assignments.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee audit engagements from start to completion.

Review audit work, findings, and reports to ensure accuracy and quality.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting, auditing, and regulatory standards.

Identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement within audited entities.

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to audit team members.

Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Monitor project timelines and ensure audits are completed within agreed deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

Professional accounting or auditing qualification is preferred.

Proven experience in auditing, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
