Role Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person to support our Customer Care operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of our Parent Child Club. Working hours: Mornings only, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with relevant team members to reschedule appointments when needed.
Submit weekly inventory orders to ensure the club is fully stocked for upcoming appointments.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries related to the Parent-Child Club.
Prepare product samples for appointments and promotional activities.
Meet with parents to present the organisation's portfolio, provide detailed information, and address any questions or concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and data sheets.
