Lava Rewards is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team on a full-time basis!

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries
Input manual transactions through the backend
Carry out regular backend tasks
Provide timely and friendly support that reflects the Lava Rewards brand
Report directly to the Lava Rewards manager and assist with tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
A positive and customer-first attitude
Fluent in English. Fluency in Maltese is a plus.
