Responsibilities

Providing prompt responses to customer enquiries via telephone, email or the ticketing system in a number of the following languages: English & Spanish.
Checking KYC (Know Your Customer) documents
Monitoring of payouts
Journal monitoring: sports betting stakes, deposits (large amounts, potential credit card fraud), betting winnings, credits
Making the necessary entries in the application information
Handling and documenting customer feedback
Individual: Taking on special tasks
Clarifying customer feedback, independently developing solutions
Assisting with website content maintenance
Occasional manual posting of deposits and withdrawals
Liaising with other departments
Various administrative tasks

Working Hours:

Alternating 3 or 4 days a week, 11 hours per day (including a 30-minute lunch break)
Shift work (24/7) -> Allocation according to the rota
The rota is drawn up for a 4-week period.
A new rota is always drawn up 2 weeks before the current rota expires.
Work also required at weekends (usually every other weekend) & public holidays
Requests regarding the rota can be considered, provided they are communicated in good time
