We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy professional office. This role combines office administration, clerical support across different teams, and occasional reception duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and people-focused position.

The successful candidate will assist with general office management activities, including processing invoices, maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting suppliers and service providers, organising meetings and events, and assisting with office facilities and maintenance. The role will also involve providing administrative support to different departments, including preparing reports and business documentation as required.

In addition, the Office Management Associate will support reception functions from time to time by welcoming visitors, handling telephone calls, managing correspondence and courier services, maintaining office supplies, and carrying out general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education, strong communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent organisational abilities. A positive attitude, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Previous experience in administration, office management, or reception would be considered an asset.
