As Marketing Executive, you'll drive commercial demand and strengthen Vivendo's position across these sectors, turning technical knowledge into compelling pitch assets and clear customer journeys, working closely with our sales team to generate qualified leads and drive success.

What To Expect

Planning, coordinating and executing targeted B2B marketing strategies and campaigns across the Workspace and Hospitality sectors.
Represent Vivendo at industry networking events, architectural forums and brand activations to cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and corporate clients.
Developing and maintaining promotional material, including pitch packs, project case studies and presentations, to support sales.
Benchmarking B2B product suppliers and unique selling points to keep our offering competitive.
Working across departments to map customer touchpoints and refine the sales lifecycle, in line with our CRM processes.
Creating content and concepts for different marketing channels and platforms.
Managing B2B advertising and promotional activity within budget, tracking channel performance and lead generation.
Briefing designers, content creators and external agencies to ensure every asset is on-brand and technically accurate.
Researching workspace and hospitality trends, opportunities and evolving client expectations.
Keeping Vivendo's digital presence on social media and web content fresh, relevant and commercially compelling.
Lending your marketing expertise to other brands across the Group when needed, while keeping B2B as your core focus.

If You're Someone Who

Has a solid marketing foundation and demonstrates strong character, drive and the eagerness to develop expertise in B2B, particularly within furniture, design or commercial sectors.
Is comfortable turning technical detail into clear, persuasive content for different audiences.
Enjoys building relationships and is confident representing a brand at industry events.
Has strong organisational skills and can manage several projects and deadlines at once.
Is a natural collaborator, happy working closely with sales, design and external partners.
Is fluent in Maltese and English; additional languages are an asset.
Holds a degree qualification in Marketing, Business or related field.
