We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Michele Peresso LTD, with Eurosport, one of Malta’s leading retailers of sport and lifestyle products, and home to leading international brands including Adidas, Reebok, Under Armour, Puma, Hoka, New Balance, Champion and many more.

This is a hands-on role spanning content, campaigns, events, partnerships and digital engagement.

🖌️ Content Creation & Social Media

Create engaging content across Facebook, Instagram & TikTok

Plan, schedule and manage content through Meta Business Suite

Stay ahead of social trends, formats and opportunities

Keep our channels relevant, active and engaging

🎯 Campaign & Strategy Execution

Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute campaigns

Coordinate campaigns from concept and rollout through to reporting

Track KPIs and use data to optimise performance

Monitor competitor and industry activity and identify opportunities

📱 MPG Rewards App

Support the planning and coordination of marketing activity across the MPG Rewards App

Coordinate app offers, promotions, content and push notifications

Liaise with internal teams and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time

Monitor campaign engagement, redemptions and performance

🏁 Sport Events & Activations

Coordinate Eurosport’s presence at races, fitness events, wellness sessions and activations

Manage logistics, branding and on-site execution

Work with partners to deliver memorable, on-brand experiences

Capture relevant event content for social media

🤝 Sponsorship & Influencer Management

Work with athletes, influencers and sports clubs on relevant partnerships

Coordinate content calendars, deliverables and campaign requirements

Monitor contractual commitments, performance and ROI

Identify new talent and collaboration opportunities

✅ Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

Ideally 3+ years’ experience in marketing, social media and/or event coordination

Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar

Excellent written, visual and communication skills

Experience organising events and/or activations

Highly organised, creative and able to manage multiple projects

Passionate about sport, branding and digital culture

Energetic, results-driven and equipped with a strong can-do attitude
